Jair Lynch (born October 2, 1971) is an American gymnast who won a silver medal in the parallel bars at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. He had an innovative and polished style that stood out for an American gymnast.
Lynch attended Stanford University, where he was a member of Stanford's 1992 and 1993 NCAA Men's Gymnastics championship teams, coached by Sadao Hamada and David Juszczyk.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Stanford Men's Gymnastics: Decades of Tradition )
He also competed in the 1992 Summer Olympics, finishing sixth in the parallel bar competition.

In his youth, Lynch trained under the direction of coach Rick Tucker at Gymnastics Plus in Columbia, Maryland.
